Reach out to us when you need more than your once-a-week check-in with your therapist. Arizona Counseling and Therapy Center offers 5 levels of outpatient mental health care for adults: partial hospitalization (PHP), intensive outpatient (IOP), individual therapy, case management and counseling, and medication management. Our outpatient center is located on the Scottsdale/Phoenix border and we're accessible via Telehealth for clients throughout Arizona.
The intake call is free and by phone. Pick a time and a member of our team will call you.

Our programs help adults before they need a psychiatric hospital stay or residential care, and support people stepping down after one. You go home every day.
These are the set hours for PHP and IOP. Your level of care is decided with our clinical team after an assessment, and it can change as you progress.
